Dr Arend Ardon has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 2001. He is a social psychologist and a business administrator, and he manages change processes on the cutting edge of strategy implementation, cultural change and leadership. Our clients turn to him in difficult times, such as when multiple interventions have been made but the desired change is yet to materialise. Arend employs a variety of methods to boost the organisation's capacity for change. He shares his broad expertise via publications, a teaching position at the School of Business and Economics at the Maastricht University and various lecture series in the field of change management.

Dr Arend Ardon has been a partner of Holland Consulting Group since 2001.

He is a passionate practitioner of change management. He manages change processes, mainly on the cutting edge of strategy implementation, cultural change and leadership. Our clients turn to him in difficult times, such as when discussions break down or when multiple interventions have been made but the desired change is yet to materialise. He often conducts intensive sessions with MTs and teams of directors in order to boost their capacity for change. Ardon likes to employ boundary-pushing methods, with a penchant for the spectacular!

Ardon teaches at the School of Business and Economics at the Maastricht University. He is also frequently hired by a wide range of management consultancies to preside over their internal professionalisation processes. Furthermore, his services as a speaker at congresses and seminars are greatly in demand, such as the Professor Series on change management organised by Focus/Nyenrode.

Ardon has published dozens of articles and a series of books, including Doorbreek de Cirkel! (Break the Circle!), Klantgestuurde teams (Customer Driven Teams), Veranderen spiegelen aan anderen (Change Mirrors for Other People) and Klantleren (Customer Learning). He also co-authored the books Duurzaam Veranderen (Sustainable Change) and De Essentie van Leiderschap (The Essence of Leadership). His fascination for "what really happens when we talk about change plans" inspired him to write his PhD thesis entitled 'Moving Moments: Leadership and interventions in dynamically complex change processes'. In 2009, this gained him a doctorate from VU University Amsterdam.
